An all levels experiential workshop designed to move you through gravitational plateaus and take flight.  After thorough preparation, we will intelligently work with the wall to support the process of getting upside down. You will leave this workshop with clear steps that you can safely practice on your own to improve your handstands every day!

This workshop is designed for all levels of handstand practitioners. Beginners are encouraged to attend!
