Get UP and moving in the Urban Park Roof Garden! InnerCity Weightlifting will be conducting FREE fitness programs every other Wednesday from June 12 to August 28.


The workout will be a full body weight circuit style class adaptable to all fitness levels. Please bring plenty of water and dress to sweat. No equipment required, but if you would prefer to bring a yoga mat or towel, they are always welcome!
