WORK OUT WHILE YOU ROCK OUT!!!!
POUND® is an exhilarating full-body workout combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks made specifically for exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.
Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® is perfect for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities.
Classes will include a mindfulness component to further the stress-relieving benefits of POUND.
All you need to bring is a yoga mat, an ample supply of water and the readiness to be a Fitness Rebel! We’ll provide the music and the Ripstix®.
This class is scheduled to occur on May 25, June 22, July 27, August 24, and September 28. If the event is canceled due to poor weather, registrants will be notified via email.
