GENTLE / RESTORATIVE YOGA: This series of classes includes slow warm-ups and flows to stretch the body, basic fundamental postures to strengthen the body and release muscular tension, simple breathing practices to calm the nervous system, and time for relaxation and integration. This class is appropriate for beginners, people with minor injuries, and individuals needing rest.
