Geared toward yoga students who enjoy gentle exercise, this class is a meditative practice through the physical body. Join us for an inclusive and inspiring evening, where a community yoga teacher guides you through a mindful yoga flow.
Registration is highly encouraged. Visit the link for the series and choose the class(es) for which you want to register. Please visit the "Registration Required" box on this calendar entry for more information. If there is space available, walk-ins are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat if you are able to do so. A limited number of mats will be provided for attendees who do not have access to them. New participants will be asked to sign a waiver. Printed copies are available at the start of each class.
