Women & Work is Femcove's quarterly professional networking series. At each event we will engage in thought provoking conversation and provide practical insight and strategies on how to navigate corporate culture and excel in the workplace and in their careers.
Join Femcove at Google for our March edition of our quarterly Women & Work series: Balance For Better, Gender Equality in the Workplace. We will gather industry leaders and experts to address gender inequality and obstacles to achieving gender equality, collaborations and strategies that will enhance opportunities for equality in workplaces. We will deepen our understanding of microaggression and bias, and address the barriers we as women create for ourselves. We will touch on the gender pay gap and policies that exist and learn how we can become champions and create a culture of equality and transparency where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. Join us to explore the opportunity that exists through equality.
