Celtics star Gordon Hayward has teamed up with Boston Children’s Hospital to raise funds for 2019 Extra Life Boston. Extra Life unites thousands of gamers around the world in a gaming marathon in support of their local Children's Miracle Network Hospital.


Team Gordon will directly benefit Boston Children’s Hospital’s Every Child Fund, which allows Boston Children’s Hospital to provide patient services that are not covered by insurance. The Every Child Fund helps support research, innovation, global outreach, and more:


-Cares for patients emotionally
-Injects fun and play into the hospital stay
-Prepares kids for unfamiliar medical procedures
-Helps children keep up with school work
-Makes Boston Children’s Hospital a warm, welcoming home away from home


Participants can sign up to be a member of Team Gordon and must commit to gaming on either the official Game Day on November 2nd or a date and time of their choosing upon sign-up. Fundraise by asking friends and family to support their efforts on Team Gordon, and have fun.
