In this weekly class we will explore what it takes to build a solid foundation for creating a daily meditation practice along with some of the following topics and beyond:
• Mantra Breath based Meditation technique
• Building, sustaining and expanding a consistent meditation practice
• Exploring visualization and sound meditation
• Meditation and the Brain
• You can join us for the entire 3 week series or drop in to any class.
We will have yoga mats available, please bring anything else you may prefer, your own mat, cushion, pillow or blanket. There will be a few chairs available for those who have trouble sitting for longer periods of time.
Beginners & Current Meditators welcome.
***The TriWellness Holistice Center is across the street from Publico. Please be aware there is no elevator in the building and this space is located on the 2nd floor.
