Full Moon Yoga & Campfire

Outdoor Yoga + Campfire social just outside of Boston! It doesn't get more wholesome than that for a Friday night :)

Join Laura Loewy, founder of Backcountry Yoga, for an energizing Full Moon yoga class focused on harnessing the power energy the full moon carries with it. This class will be followed by a cozy campfire and opportunity to spend some quality time star gazing and drinking up the fresh air of Farrington Nature Linc Wildlife Sanctuary!

This class is part of a monthly series, designed to offer you creative ways to spend time with friends & family, meet new people, and get away from the busyness of life. Laura invites you to unplug, unwind, and let nature renew your sense of wonder and joy.

With Lincoln, MA just off route 2, it has proven itself to be the perfect meeting point for people all over the state.

Some classes will be accompanied by acoustic music, while others will follow with marshmallows and s'mores. Yoga will always be all levels and sequenced around the current moon phases. We encourage you to bring food or eat ahead of class time :)

No Props will be provided, so please bring your own mat, blocks, and extra blankets. If you are specifically prone to bug bites bring some bug spray and consider buying some bug repellent clothing. ( Or just breath hahaha)

If the weather doesn't work out class will not be cancelled, but moved indoors to the nature center where we'll light up an indoor fire and enjoy some cozy time inside.
