Full Moon ceremony will be with a guided meditation and intention of letting go what doesn’t serve us anymore. Meditation will be followed by relaxation with sacred sounds healing of the Gong and singing bowls. The sound vibrations impacts our nervous system with the sound frequencies resonating inside the body and chakras, helping to unblock any stagnant energy and engaging our relaxation reflex. Stress or pain can be inhibited allowing our parasympathetic nervous system to bring us to a resting state. This can lower blood pressure, stress and anxiety, improve the circulatory system, mood and sleep, and you will feel a vibrational massage throughout the body. You will leave with an internal feeling of rejuvenation, inner peace and joy. We will closing the ceremony by setting our new intentions through positive affirmations. You will need a yoga mat and a cozy blanket.

Class cost is $30.00
