Every Saturday from February 3rd- March 2nd! Join us for weekly scheduled runs around the various paths of the Esplanade this winter. Each session, led by certified 261 coaches, will be 1 hour in length and include various speeds of jogging & running to elevate the heart rate for optimal fitness. After the run, you'll be able to enjoy a FREE cup of coffee with thanks to Flour Bakery!

Please dress accordingly and arrive 10 minutes prior to the workout. It will be cold outside, but we are bringing the heat!


Please cancel if you are no longer able to attend. By registering, you automatically sign the electronic waiver to participate in this Frost Fit Presented by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts fitness class.
