Timothy Patrick McCarthy, PhD. is the eighth of ten lecturers in WomenExplore's spring series titled, "Facing a World in Upheaval: Personal and Cultural Resilience." Dr. McCarthy is an award-winning historian, educator, and human rights activist who has taught at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government where he is Core Faculty at the Carr Center for Human Rights Policy, and in the undergraduate honors program in History and Literature.
