From Anxious to Fearless: The Power of Meditation – Saturday, June 10 from 10:00am to 12:30pm
We can all feel stuck in a rut at times, feeling we lack energy, purpose and direction to our days and lives. Sometimes we can feel like we’re just getting by, as opposed to truly flourishing and deeply enjoying our lives.
In this meditation workshop with Gen Khedrub we will explore how we can all learn to cultivate the right inner and outer conditions to support a genuinely healthy and consistently happy life, and in this way feel we are flourishing in our days and lives.
We will learn how combining this with an understanding of, and living more and more in alignment with, the law of karma, we will gradually feel in control of the destiny of our lives. In this way, we will naturally find a new found sense of purpose and direction to our days and lives, confident in the knowledge that one day at a time, we are creating the peaceful, happy, meaningful and beneficial life we have always longed for.
Location: This event will be held at Kadampa Meditation Center Boston, located at 2298 Massachusetts Ave. in Cambridge, just a few blocks from the Davis Square T stop. There is free parking available, please email us at [email protected]
Registration: General tickets $25. Please register on the event page on our website https://meditationinboston.org/events/from-anxious-to-fearless/
