Feeling the weight of stress? Discover a powerful way to reset your body and mind. In this 3-hour workshop, David Magone will guide you through the science and practice of cold exposure and breathwork—proven tools to calm the nervous system, build resilience, and cultivate inner steadiness.
Experience the invigorating benefits of the cold plunge in a safe, supportive environment, and learn how to integrate these methods into your daily routine for lasting stress relief and improved well-being. Over the course of the afternoon, you’ll move through guided breathwork, an accessible science-based lecture, a thorough safety and posture segment, and finally, the group plunge at Crystal Lake.
Please Bring: Warm winter clothes (including gloves and a hat), a towel, and a bathing suit. This workshop includes a group ice-plunge at Crystal Lake in Newton. (Note: participants will need their own transportation to Crystal Lake)
