‘Tis the season of (Thanks)giving, the best time to spend with your chosen family. On November 24, Joe’s Waterfront will host “Friendsgiving on the Harbor” that brings together the community for an evening of socializing over deliciousness to benefit MassGeneral Hospital for Children.

 

From 4-5pm, there will be a cocktail hour before Joe’s honored guests take their seats for a customizable three-course dinner paired with a cocktail pairing or wine. For appetizers, there is a choice of corn chowder with crispy bacon or a shaved Brussels sprouts salad with hazelnuts, cranberries, bleu cheese and lemon-thyme vinaigrette. For entrees, opt for a traditional roasted turkey dinner with whipped potatoes, stuffing, butternut squash, haricot verts, cranberry sauce and gravy, or a prime rib roast with new potatoes, haricot verts, horseradish and au jus. The dessert is a seasonal pumpkin cheesecake topped with vanilla whipped cream.

 

The evening will be rounded out with DJ entertainment as well as a raffle with the chance to win incredible prizes and experiences with all proceeds being donated to MassGeneral Hospital for Children.
