HTHC's Yoga for All Program shares the healing practice of yoga with Greater Boston’s low-income and under-resourced communities. HTHC yoga classes are designed to be culturally affirming, accessible, inclusive and inspiring -- yoga classes in which anyone and everyone can participate. In this yoga class, you can expect a beginner-level one hour yoga flow, with plenty of options and modifications for all bodies and ability levels. ALL ARE WELCOME!
