Join chef instructor Roberta Hing as she takes you on a hands-on Italian culinary experience that starts with learning to make fresh ricotta (so good!) to combine with sweet and savory onion jam as a topping for crostini. Continue the journey with an Italian favorite - Mushroom Arancini - a risotto based specialty. The evening's special "dolci" will be handmade Crostata di Fruta. Along with her delicious recipes, Roberta will delight you with her engaging, energetic, personality and helpful tips.
