Join us for a whirlwind tour of some of the premier wine-producing regions of France. While we taste different French wines, we’ll talk about the history of French wine production in different regions including Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne, Rhone, the Loire Valley, Alsace, or Languedoc, as well as lesser-known regions. You’ll learn what to look for on a wine label and how to choose a wine that works well with your favorite dish. Instructor: Steve Hoffman
