French White Wine Flights at Troquet on South, August 11 -13

Troquet on South curates an award-winning wine cellar, and we want to share our wines with Boston! From August 11 through 13, Troquet will serve a special French White Wine flight for guests. The wine flight is $31, and includes three wines:

• Dousset Chablis
• Jacques Dumont Sancerre
• Comte Lafon Mâcon-Milly-Lamartine

Troquet cellars OVER 160 French white wine labels. These three wines represent two of the major wine grapes. Chardonnay is represented in Chablis and Mâcon-Milly-Lamartine, and Sauvignon Blanc is expressed in Sancerre. Sommelier Chris Campbell will prepare educational notes to the guests on this special selection.

Reservations are needed for full dining service in the dining room. Bar seating is first-come, first serve. As always, our “à la carte” dining room menu and bar menus will be available.
