Explore Meditation with Watercolor

Get excited to explore Meditation with Watercolor at The Hidden Art Gallery.

We will start with a brief introduction about how we perceive reality and how to transform that into a new perspective from within. Throughout the session, we will meditate and emerse watercolor painting.

We will intuitively create a few basic watercolor exercises to simplify the process of letting go while listening to rhythmic music. We will spend most of our time together creating with watercolor.and focusing on our breath, and basic meditation principles.

You will learn new and easy meditation concepts that can be applied in a practical way to your daily life, even if you have never meditated before or have no prior experience with watercolor.
