Step into the Fall season with confidence as our team guides you through a mindful Power Yoga flow that will provide you with tools off the mat to keep you grounded as the holidays and cooler weather come closer. After class, meet and mingle with your local fitness and craft beer enthusiasts as you sample treats from Remnant and the neighbors in Bow Market.


Space is limited in the Barrel Room so please arrive early to ensure you have a comfortable space for your yoga mat. After class, you will have ample time to relax and socialize in one of Boston's coolest thriving communities- Union Square!


This is a free event supporting CorePower Charlestown’s grand opening this November. You will have opportunities to take class, learn about the benefits of Power Yoga, enter a raffle for prize giveaways, and more!
