Raza’s expertise includes the range from software, ML/AI/Big Data and digital transformation, and life science.


He is a board member for private companies, start-ups and advisory boards for non-profits. Raza has a deep interest and expertise in the board & governance topic. He co-hosts the podcast On Boards.

Jennifer Jordan is a Mentor-in-Residence at Techstars. As an early-stage investor, strategic advisor, and board member, Jennifer is passionate about teams, new markets, and differentiating technology, strategy or model. Over 20 years in technology and financial services, she has worked on everything from early internet search solutions and web analytics to robotics and software used to design semiconductors. Jennifer is currently on the boards of MIT Enterprise Forum Cambridge and amazing.community. She was also a board member/observer at such companies as Spiro Technologies, ClearGov, MachineMetrics, OwnerIQ, BoardOnTrack, Curoverse, Harvest Automation, Ginkgo Bioworks and Courion Corporation.

Deb Kemper is a partner at Golden Seeds Ventures, focused on investing in early-stage enterprise B2B and MedTech companies. She formerly led the Boston Forum of Golden Seeds, a national angel investor group. Deb is a Board Member/Observer of Day Zero Diagnostics, 99Degrees Custom and DayOne Response.


Prior to joining Golden Seeds Ventures, she built a portfolio of over two dozen early-stage investments via Libra Global Partners, LLC. Previously, Deb was a consultant with McKinsey & Company where she served clients in the energy, utility, electronics, and healthcare sectors. Her functional experience spans manufacturing, product development, operations and strategy.
