We’re excited to kick off tree season with a special seedling bagging and giveaway event at the First Church of Roxbury! With the help of volunteers from the Edinburgh Center, we’ll be distributing 500 free seedlings to community members. The giveaway will include a diverse selection of native and climate-resilient species such as American Sweetgum, Paw Paw, Douglas Fir, Chokecherry, and White Oak. These trees are perfect for improving urban biodiversity, supporting local ecosystems, and promoting climate resilience. Whether you’re a seasoned tree planter or new to growing, stop by to pick up a seedling and help us build a greener, healthier Boston—one tree at a time!
