Free Line Dancing Friday with LDQ

Grab your boots and join us for line dancing in Somerville 🤠✨ hosted by LDQ!

Never line danced before? No worries! Whether you’re completely new or already know a few dances, everyone is welcome.

We’ll kick off the night with beginner-friendly lessons from 9:00–10:00 PM, giving you a chance to learn some dances and get comfortable on the dance floor. Then, from 10:00 PM–1:00 AM, the dance floor turns into a full-on line dancing party with a mix of country and pop music, popular line dances, crowd favorites, and new dances to discover.

There are no more formal lessons after 10:00 PM, but there are still plenty of opportunities to jump in and dance! You can follow along with dances you know, try something new, or simply watch and get inspired to learn new dances for the next time you come. Watching the dance floor is half the fun!

As our community has grown, you’ll see people who know a lot of dances, but don’t let that intimidate you! Everyone started somewhere. Come jump in when you’re ready, or grab a drink at the bar, hang out with friends, and enjoy the dancing.

This isn’t a traditional dance class—it’s a fun social experience where you can dance, meet new people, grab a drink, and enjoy the energy of the room. Come alone or bring your friends, everyone’s welcome!
