Learn movements to relieve stress, quickly build self defense confidence and increase energy. Beginners welcome. Instruction for all skill level.


After the lesson see a live demonstration from our instructors.


Wear loose fitting clothes that you can move around in comfortably. First time participants should plan to arrive a few minutes early.


Oom Yung Doe is a Traditional Martial Arts School teaching 8 complete martial arts as one: Tae Kwon Do, Kung Fu, Aikido, Samurai Sword, 18 Chinese Weapons, Tai Chi & Bagwa.
