Fourth Annual HARMONY & HOPE: Responding to Violence with Music
presented during Homicide Awareness Month 2019
This concert and community event is designed to help ease the pain in our hearts, to remember the love of those killed, to give hope for a future without violence, and to provide an opportunity for a renewed sense of gratitude and joy for life.
The Fourth Annual Harmony & Hope concert will feature the Mozart Clarinet Quintet, Piazzolla's Oblivion, as well as Fire Mountain, a string piece by Berklee College of Music composition professor, Beth Denisch. Gospel music will accompany a tea-light ceremony in remembrance of homicide victims.
