Healthworks presents: FORMATION // Silent Disco


In this 60-minute silent disco workout, you will do 20 minutes of spin, 20 minutes of HIIT, and 20 minutes of hip hop yoga (all in the SAME ROOM with three different instructors). The best part: each formation gets its own instructor and you get your own personal headphones, so the workout is brought directly to you.


YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:


▪️A pair of wireless headphones
▪️Glow in the dark gear
▪️A 60-minute class in total: 20 minutes of spin, 20 minutes of hip hop yoga, and 20 minutes of HIIT


HOW IT WORKS:


When you arrive you’ll receive a pair of special wireless headphones. You can adjust the volume and choose the channel that corresponds to your workout. Each headset has a color LED that shows what channel you are listening to. With a flip of a switch, you're ready for your next 20 minutes of class.


Your three classes each have their own channel where you can listen to your instructor and her music:


🚴‍♀️Spin (Green)
🧘‍♀️Yoga (Blue)
🏋️‍♀️HIIT (Red)


ITEMS TO NOTE:


▪️Please bring a photo ID so we can check you in. No need to print a ticket.
▪️No need to bring a yoga mat; we have plenty!
▪️Two class times are available per location: 5:30 - 6:30 PM & 6:45 - 7:45 PM. Be sure to note the time and location on your ticket.
▪️Earlybird pricing is $15. Ticket prices will go up so reserve your spots now.
▪️Healthworks Fitness Centers for Women is an all women's facility.
