Truffles are a coveted delicacy in kitchens and specialty groceries all over the world. But what makes them so special? What should you use them for? How do we know when they're good? We'll be talking a bit about what makes truffles so interesting and desirable. Join us to just to chat and learn, or take us up on add-on options to take home a whole truffle, a kit and recipe for making a traditional truffle pasta, and a fabulous wine to pair. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
1. Purchase your Classroom Admission Ticket. This ticket guarantees you access to the Zoom session and compensates your instructors for their hard work and care.
2. Choose your bundle(s) and purchase as ticket add-ons. These tickets are the product we'll be tasting and discussing during the Zoom session.
3. Pick up your items on the day of the class at our 244 Huron Ave location. You can give us a call for curbside pick-up, or simply check in at the register if you'd like to browse the shop!
