What to Expect:

We will take some time at the beginning of the walk to go into more detail, but forest therapy is generally a time to slow down and connect with the land around us. We will not be hiking, identifying plants by scientific names, or doing talk/group therapy. The walk will be an opportunity to connect with your senses and spend some time outside.
