What is Forest Bathing you may ask?
" By FOREST BATHING we mean spending time in nature in a way that invites healing interactions. There is a long tradition of this in cultures throughout the world. It’s not just about healing people; it includes healing for the forest (or river, or desert, or whatever environment you are in)."
We will move slowly (and mostly in silence) through a series of "invitations" designed to provide you with a multi-sensory experience in the Forest.

What to wear: Comfy clothing and close toed sneakers or hiking boots (we will not be hiking or excercising - just walking through slightly rugged, flat terrain)
What to bring: A water bottle and something to sit on ( towel, sling chair, or yoga mat)
What to expect: During this retreat we will move slowly and in silence. I will offer a series of "OPTIONAL" invitations that you go off to do for 10-15 minutes. Then with a musical signal we come back to the circle and share our thoughts on the experience (sharing is optional). We hope that you will appreciate the balance between connecting to nature on an individual and a collective level -- especially during such a trying time.
