This workshop teaches the basic elements of crow pose and side crow through a flow-styled practice. We will move through poses and exercises to strengthen and embody your understanding of crow pose. We will then apply the experience of crow pose into side crow. At the end, we will take time to disengage and feel the effects of these poses. You will leave this workshop with more strength and awareness to continue practicing safely and effectively on your own. All are welcome!
