Fit in The Fenway: October Edition
Fit in The Fenway is continuing the FREE yoga series at 401 Park's outdoor space twice a week for the month of October. Hosted by some of the city's top instructors, attendees will breathe, sweat, move, and stretch through the one hour class.
Sundays: 10AM - 11AM; a vinyasa inspired flow that links breath to movement.
Thursdays: 6PM - 7PM; a combination of yoga, bodyweight-bearing exercises, and cardio.
Bring your own mat and arrive at least 15-minutes prior to the start of class. Attendees will receive This is The Fenway water bottles while supplies last.
Yoga with Carolina
Carolina is an E-RYT 200 who believes yoga should challenge the way we think, as much as it strengthens the way we move. Expect lots of core work, funky transitions and groovy beats to keep you smiling and working hard all class.
