Class location: Class will be held in the Terrace Room at the Boston Park Plaza. Enter the main lobby of the Boston Park Plaza hotel and follow the signage directing you down a flight of stairs to reach the Terrace room in the Lower Level.
HIIT is a total body workout that is structured around ‘max interval training’, a method focused on doing short bursts of high intensity work followed by periods of rest in between. There are four blocks, each with a different focus, as well as a warm up and a cool down. Exercises will work your core, arms, legs, and back with a variety of options for each of the moves to fit your fitness level.
