The only thing better than brunch with friends, is earning your brunch with a workout before it! In true BostonYPA Detox then Retox tradition, we're meeting at Simply Barre's brand new Fenway location for a 50 minute Barre class, then enjoying Brunch. Come alone or with friends, enjoy a great workout before brunch with friends.
The Simply Barre 50-minute class includes a warmup, arm work, targeted thigh and seat exercises, and then deeply targets the core for the remainder of class, including ab work on the mat. All classes incorporate mindful muscle movements without extraneous motion or physical distraction, and emphasize muscular endurance by incorporating high repetition sets, isometric holds, pulses, and stretching after each targeted muscle group.
Tickets to this event include:
*A 50 minute barre class taught by Simply Barre
*Full Buffet Brunch with new friends: We'll relax in a private lounge to enjoy a full brunch (menu below). Lounge in comfy couches or gather around high top tables. After brunch we can stay to use the lounge amenities with our new friends.
