Fall deeply in love with yourself this Valentine's Day weekend with Laura Loewy & Gabby Rivas.


Together we’ll lead you into the depths of your heart through an invigorating yoga class, self love meditation, guided introspective journaling, and opportunities for vulnerable sharing (sharing totally optional!!!)


In this workshop we invite you to deepen your connection with your authentic self. In order to support the people we love, or attract wonderful people into our lives, we must start by forgiving and loving the shit out of our beautifully imperfect selves ♥


What you Get:
-60 minute Yoga Class lead by Laura Loewy next to an enormous stone hearth fireplace
-60 minute Self Love Meditation & Prompted Journaling workshop lead by Gabby Rivas
-Hot Tea & Special Cacao treats
-1 piece of rose quartz to take home

No Props will be provided, so please bring your own mat, blocks, and extra blankets.


This class series is designed to offer creative ways to spend a Friday night, with friends, family, and amazing new people you've just met! Laura invites you to unplug, unwind, and let the beauty of the fire lull you into a blissful yoga state. With Lincoln, MA just off route 2, it has proven itself to be the perfect meeting point for people all over the state.
