Learn all about Fertility Yoga and how it can support your body, mind, and soul as you try to conceive. The physical body is of course important to your fertility, but so too are the mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual layers. Supporting these mind/body connections are sadly often neglected when dealing with fertility obstacles and undergoing artificial reproductive treatment.
Join Kerry Hinds, DUY faculty and experienced fertility Yoga teacher, to uncover the link between stress and fertility, learn effective stress management tools, practice relaxing, enjoy a physical Yoga practice in alignment with your cycle (menstrual or IVF), and begin to harness the power of community.
In addition you will explore why certain Yoga styles and poses are contraindicated at certain times in your cycles when trying to conceive and why joining a fertility-based Yoga class is recommended, rather than modifying your regular practice. You will also be given access to some of Kerry’s favorite fertility meditations and resources.
