Fermented foods are rich in probiotic bacteria and enzymes that help maintain intestinal flora, improve the digestive system, and enhance the immune system. Some are instead rich in prebiotics such as tempeh. Join Norah, our fermentation expert, who will guide you through the process of fermenting tempeh. While we prepare the tempeh, Norah will discuss the science and history of tempeh. You are welcome to make tempeh along or just watch and learn. The list of ingredients needed will be emailed to you prior to the class along with the Zoom link. Instructor: Norah Ylang
This class will meet online using Zoom.
