Whether we are sitting in meditation, sitting in our cars, or sitting at the computer, sitting can be uncomfortable. Yet most of us spend more time than we would like sitting! We often feel our posture is not correct, and our shoulders, necks and lower backs ache. Feldenkrais Awareness through Movement can help us sit with lightness and ease so that we can perform any number of tasks or movements comfortably from a sitting position. This is a three class series, but classes may be taken individually with great benefit.
