Improve how well you see by improving how you move. Vision is affected by how we hold ourselves and the strain we unconsciously hold in our face and bodies. We all have habits of using our eyes that may limit our ability to see well. Learn ways to facilitate the interaction between your eyes, brain and body to improve movement, balance and focus, and help relieve eye strain. With regular practice, the lessons may even reduce dependence on glasses.
Recordings will be available for one week after each session.
