Learn to shuck oysters and dress them with homemade granitas, mignonettes and other interesting flavor pairings.
Taste the iconic PAGU Squid ink oyster bao!
Enjoy a full lunch with a green crab paella while exploring oyster biodiversity and how eating invasive species supports marine sustainability.
