Join us on Wednesday October 23rd at Industrious Copley as we Kick Off our FIRST Women With Purpose book launch and fireside chat!
Women of color living in the United States have unique experiences, challenges and stories that are WORTH sharing. Some of our most historic authors such as Maya Angelou, Toni Morrison, Michelle Obama have impacted the societal lens on what it means to be a woman of color in this country and have shed a light on the strength and resilience women of color have exhibited throughout history.
We are proud to feature TWO local black female authors who are redefining the narrative on what it means to be a woman of color while using their cultural upbringing, strong sense of self and fearlessness to lead with purpose.
Featuring TWO local authors:
1. Miracle Olatunji is a serial entrepreneur, current Northeastern student and first time author of Purpose: How To Live and Lead With Impact.
2. Bianca Rose: is a Jamaican- American Boston native who is also a blogger, international Reggae DJ and non-profit founder and author of Fearlessness: The Dissection of Jamaican Spiritually
Jamaican food vendors will also serve authentic Jamaican dishes!
