Join Appleton Baker, Kami Turgeon, to learn the secrets to a perfectly flaky, sturdy pie crust and all the sweet details of making the perfect Apple Pie. This class will use apples procured from a local farm. Participants will enjoy hands-on experience making pie dough by hand and will take home a prepped pie, ready for the oven! Class will end with a shared pie a la mode.
