Tony Maws has received tons of requests over the years to lead people through the farmer's market and talk about what he buys for The Kirkland Tap & Trotter & Craigie On Main and how a home cook might be able to do with so much of the produce piled high from our friends at Kimball Fruit Farm and Drumlin Farm.
How about a class that begins at the Union Square Farmer's Market to buy produce, walk up to Savenor's Cambridge to learn about great beef, pork, lamb and chicken, and then hop over to The Kirkland Tap & Trotter for a field trip-inspired lunch with a Notch Brewing tasting!
Tony is going to keep the class size small and intimate so he can talk farms, meats and beers together, and is stoked to lead this class! We're stoked to be there, too, Tony!
