It is so important to know where our food comes from, and at Allium Market we're lucky enough to be friends with many of our producers! Join us for a cheese-filled, delicious family- style meal with our colleagues and long-time friends at Consider Bardwell Farm in Vermont! The CBF team will be hosting this dinner in conjuction with the Allium Market cheesemongers and executive chef, for a homestyle meal alongside one of our educational and fun cheese tasting classes! You'll get to try almost the entire lineup of locally produced, small batch cheeses from Consider Bardwell, both on their own, and in a composed dish! Come hungry and bring a friend! Beer, Wine, and Cider will be available for sale throughout the dinner. And don't forget, hang out afterwards for private discounted shopping, and an even steeper discount on all of our Consider Barwell offerings!
Who: Cheesemongers from both Allium Market and Consider Bardwell Farm, a pasture-based dairy and creamery in southwest Vermont, making delicious, award-winning raw cow and goat milk cheeses. CBF is committed to sustainable farming practices that minimize waste and give back to the soil. They strive to be responsible environmental stewards, exceptional farmers, world-class cheese makers and good neighbors. Allium Market is proud to be parterning with Consider Bardwell Farm for this exciting event!
What: A family style dinner AND a cheese education class. Learn all about the farm, animals, and cheesemaking/ aging process at Consider Bardwell, and why their cheese is so special! Not only will you get to taste the cheeses straight-up, but you'll also be able to enjoy a family style dinner of cheesy comfort food prepared with love in our very own kitchen. Local beer and cider, and wine will be available for sale at a great price!
