Fall Flashback Festival

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Medford and Somerville (BGCMS) operates Boys & Girls Clubs in Medford and Somerville. Our Clubs provide safe, positive, and affordable afterschool and summer programs to 350 youth ages 6-18 annually. Our mission is to inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as caring, productive and responsible citizens. Our goals are for success to be within reach of every Club member, with all youth on track to graduate from high school with a plan for the future, demonstrating good character, and living a healthy lifestyle.

Building on the success of our longtime fall event, The Great Pumpkin Glow, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Medford and Somerville are changing the concept to a Fall Flashback Festival. In short, we want all of our event participants to get to have fun like a kid for a night!

The Fall Flashback Festival will feature oversized lawn and board games (Jenga, Connect Four, Cornhole Tournament, Etc), live music, photo booth, and food and drink in a casual atmosphere. The event raises critical funds for our two Boys & Girls Clubs operations in Medford and Somerville which serve over 400 low income children and teens ages 6 to 18 each year. Our high-quality afterschool and summer programs are safe, positive, and FUN spaces for youth to be their best selves and have opportunities to succeed in school, work, and life. We want our Fall Flashback Festival attendees to have fun like a Club kid while supporting a good cause. The event attracts over 200 professionals from Kendall Square, Cambridge, and beyond who value fun, creative competition, and supporting social causes. The event will be held in Kendall Square with great visibility opportunities for all event sponsors and participants.
