The Just Walk Boston Program is designed to you the proper techniques of walking. The brisk walk around Franklin Park will increase your endurance, strengthen your lower body, and motivate you to keep moving. People of all ages, including children, welcome!
Class will meet at the Golf House,1 Circuit Dr, Dorchester, MA 02121, and the walk will be led by Brandy Cruthird from Just Walk Boston
