We will be hosting the 2nd Annual Ed Long Regatta on September 15th followed by our annual Fall Dock Party. Ed was a lifetime member who dedicated his time at CBI and was instrumental in laying the foundation of our Jib rating and classes that we offer. In true Ed tradition, the regatta will feature, some infamous race courses, which he was known to create. We will also offer spectator seats on the water for a front row seat to view all the action! The Fall Dock Party will start at 6pm and will feature a BBQ dinner, DJ, and an open beer & wine bar! Tickets include entry for the regatta and/or dock party.
All proceeds go towards our Universal Access and Junior Programs. Our Universal Access Program allows those with any sort of special need, whether it being physical or cognitive, out on the water sailing. While our Junior Program allows children, ages 10-17, in the Greater Boston area to learn how to sail for as low as $1.
