Facing Cancer Together & True Story Theater Event

Our Stories of Resilience:
This past year has brought immense challenges. We've got new stories to
tell and to hear: stories that connect us in new and extraordinary ways to
ourselves and to each other. What's been helping you get through?
What's been especially hard? What's surprised you? What new gifts are
emerging? What's seen? What's unseen? What feels important to share about
your journey? How are we– individually and collectively, in-person and
digitally– finding new ways to sustain ourselves and each other?

Join True Story Theater for this online community-building improvisational
theatre experience in which personal stories from audience volunteers are
transformed respectfully into theatre pieces on the spot. Our theater can offer
some new perspective, a space to be seen and better understood, a
memorable arts experience, and an enhanced sense of connection and
empathy for others.

This event is open to everyone and we welcome donations to support Facing
Cancer Together's program offerings.
