You are invited to a gentle 2-hour experiential workshop facilitated by Expressive Arts Therapist Marina Strauss. Together, we will step outdoors and allow nature to slow us down, offering a pause from the everyday. We will begin with a grounding meditation to arrive fully, then wander with our phones as quiet companions, capturing images that catch our attention or stir something within. These photographs will become doorways—inviting reflection, creative expression, and shared exploration of our inner landscapes.


To honor presence and intimacy, space is limited and advance registration is required.
