Bostonians can rock their weekend workout with the city’s top instructors on the beautiful South Lawn of the Encore Boston Harbor. The Saturday sweat session comes as Life Time continues its expansion and prepares to open at Wellington Station this fall – the athletic club’s 6th location in the market.
A variety of classes will be offered along with the opportunity to speak and learn from personal trainers, nutritionists, and other coaches on how to live a well-rounded healthy way of life including:
- Jorge Fuentes leading Zumba Dance Workout Class
- Sandy Cahill leading FLOW Yoga
- Ben Glassman leading Alpha Metcon Signature Group Training Class
